In December last year, the cooperation between Tanzvermittlung CH and Danse Suisse was redefined. Dance mediators who wished to be included in the professional register could now apply.

In Zurich from February 28th to March 3rd, the Swiss Dance Days will present a selection of the best performances by choreographers and companies created in Switzerland spanning the last two years. On this occasion, we would like to invite you to celebrate our 20th Anniversary on Thursday, February 29th.

A meeting, organized by the cultural association, Idra, in collaboration with a broad network of other cultural associations in the region, was held in Lugano on Monday, February 5th, 2024. The purpose was to discuss the independent cultural scene in Ticino.

From February 27 to March 17, 2024, Kylie Walters, the new director of Théâtre Sévelin 36 in Lausanne, will host the sparkling 26th edition of Printemps de Sévelin, an international contemporary dance festival.

What approaches do choreographers and educators use in choreographies for young audiences and dance education projects at and with schools? What are tried and tested approaches and practices? Which competences are essential for projects with schools? As part of the Dance & School project from Reso, a practical choreolab will be realised. It offers space for in-depth study of choreographic works for a young audience, alternating on the fly with dance education for the school context.
