The series consists of four online seminars, which all individually and independently cover different topics.
- April 27, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Physical, psychological, social and cognitive development of children and young people. Gain insights into the different developmental stages of children and young people and how these influence learning, performance and well-being in dance classes.
- June 15, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Neurodiversity in the dance classroom. Learn how to recognize and support neurodiverse dancers in an educational setting. Get to know different neurodivergent profiles and explore strategies for an inclusive learning environment.
- September 7, 10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.: Performance anxiety and resilience. Learn about the psychological principles that influence motivation and performance anxiety in dancers, as well as effective strategies for promoting self-confidence and resilience.
- November 30, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Learn the fundamentals of physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics. Develop flexibility, range of motion, and injury prevention. Discover best practices for maximizing your dancers' physical abilities while reducing the risk of injury. Gain practical knowledge of safe training methods and conditioning strategies.
