The aim is to support dancers with an appreciative attitude, to recognize their individual strengths and to support them in their development through mindful feedback. Integrity and professional behavior in the teacher-student relationship are central topics that help to establish a trusting and inclusive teaching culture.

The training not only imparts methodological skills, but also a deep understanding of the ethical responsibility of teaching dance. It raises awareness of how to consciously deal with the individual needs of dancers and shows ways in which a professional and respectful teaching attitude can be sustainably implemented.
