“Double” is the mentoring and coaching platform of the Migros Culture Percentage. The scheme pairs experienced experts with younger colleagues from the same line of work, leading to a dialogue that can last for one or more years. The fields covered are literature, dance, theatre, pop, classical music, art and cabaret.
