DANCE MEDIATION CH - WORKSHOP NADJA RASZEWSKI
Social engagement, strengthening social cohesion and individual empowerment through dance at the centre of work with and through dance. In this workshop, the Berlin choreographer and dance mediator Nadja Raszewski will provide practical insights into her many years of dance experience in various contexts.
In the workshop Moving Bodies - Contemporary Dance in the Context of Society and Politics, Nadja Raszewski (Berlin) will provide practical insights into her many years of community dance and movement work with a wide variety of groups. The Berlin-based choreographer and dance mediator has been researching the impact of contemporary dance in all its diversity for many years.
The focus is on personal creativity and personal growth through artistic expression. Art opens up spaces in which ideas, reflections and emotions can be developed and negotiated. These spaces are open to society as a whole. The focus is on participation and co-determination and the creation of living spaces and dreams. The following questions will be explored in the workshop: How do gender, cultural background, context and the contexts in which a person grows up, resides and develops or has to develop influence the respective movement behaviour and thus also the possibility of shaping self-determination?
