Ballet has changed a lot from the aristocrats at the court of Louis XIV to today's artistic performers. Although both the choreographies and the dancers have evolved, the training methods have remained partly unchanged. Fortunately, dance science has been questioning common training methods for several decades and clarifying them with new approaches from research.

As a professional association for dance professionals, Danse Suisse aims to connect the dance scene. The new "LET'S CONNECT DANCE!" platform gives dancers and choreographers the opportunity to create a personal artist profile. The platform allows participants to exchange ideas with other artists within a professional environment and gives them the chance to discover current job offers. Danse Suisse members benefit from the platform’s free use and become part of a lively community.
